Terms and Conditions

By booking a tour or renting a motorcycle with Ladakh Bikers, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payments

A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the expedition starts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip.

Rider Responsibilities

Riders must hold a valid motorcycle license. Wearing protective gear, including a certified helmet, is mandatory. Any damage to rental motorcycles will be the financial responsibility of the rider.

Safety and Risk

High-altitude riding involves inherent risks. We provide medical oxygen and support, but riders are responsible for assessing their own fitness before embarking on an expedition.
